H1B 马上过期， 新公司才开始 LCA, I-129, 在递交I-129 第二天后 H1B 过期，如果递交时用加急/premium processing ， 这样会被拒吗？

-Most likely it will be fully approved. At the worst, the H-1 transfer will be approved, but the approval have no I-94. If so, you need to go to China to ge the H-1 visa to come back (, had better do it within one month, the sooner the better).

如果被拒，是不是立即应该回国签 H1B ？
