我自从2012是公民，

想为姐姐一家（在中国）办移民，

姐姐女儿今年19岁，

姐姐姐夫婚姻状况不明朗，可能1-3年会离婚，

 

请教：

 

亲属移民流程，

申请时，还提及姐夫吗

-Yes, but it does not mean your brother-in-law can get the immigration benefit. If they divorce before your sister gets the immigraiton visa, then he will not be qualifed for the immgration as your sister's derivative. If your sister gets married again before she gets the immigration visa, then her new husband can immigrate to US together with her.

姐姐女儿还会受益吗

-No because the child will be age-out at that time.
