亲爱的8老师，终于走到最后一步了。我现在正在准备材料，从网上看到一个比较全的checklist for 485, 765,131.

-Different people who have different status and apply for different category green card need to provide different materials though most documents are the saem. You should read the I-485, I-765 and I-131 Instructions to prepare the documents.

能不能请您看一下这里还欠缺哪些东西，哪些东西不需要。

申请AP需不需要国内亲戚写信说明原因啊？

-Not need. Just say you will visit your relatives and friends in China during the I-485 pending.

 

765 和131申请都需要把出生公证，结婚公证包括在申请文档里么？

-Not need such documents for I-765 and I-`131.
