谢谢 8 老师：  I only got email notice saying the case is transferet to GuangZhou.  NVC didn'd contact with me after that and no other instructions either.  looks like I have to wait....

-USCIS only can forward your approved I-130 to NVC, not directly to the US Consulate abroad. Then, NVC will process the case, and contact you and send you instructions. You just need to follow the NVC instructions to provide what they ask, including payment of IV fee, etc. After NVC complete the case processing, they will  send the case to the US Consulate.
