是的，主申请人已经收到了nvc的immigration fee invoice，但是没有收到妻子的缴费通知，她也在approved 140上.还有想把小孩也加进去。

-Then, send a letter to NVC to ask them to send the IV fee invoice for the wife and child (enclose the copies of marriage certificate and the child's birth certificate in the letter).
