我的父母2007年3月拿到绿卡，之后中美两边往返多次，2011年底回中国后就没再返美，当时办的两年回美证在2013 年底就到期了。他们的绿卡十年期限到2016 年3月，父母七十多岁了，因各种因素过去4年没有回美，请问还有什么办法接他们回来吗？

-Their green card has been void. They had better abandon the green card in any one of the US Consulates in China, and then apply for B-2 visa to enter US. If they want to get the green card again, you may sponsor them as you did before.

They can apply for the B2 visa at the same time or later when filing I-407 to the US Consulate. Also bring the approved I-407 with her to US (the VO will give back the I-407 to her) and this approved I-407 is the evidence of the abandonment of green card and need to provide the copy of it when she applies for a new green card.
