My I-140 NIW has been approved and the priority date is June 2014. I am in China now. May I ask you some questions:

1. To apply CP or I-485, do both of them need a job offer from US to get qpproved?

-As far as I know, the US Consulate in Guangzhou normally will ask you to show a job offer letter from a US employer during the visa interview though there is not law to require it for NIW.

If needed, can I come to USA, then apply EAD with I-485 to find a job, when PD current?

-Yes, but you need a visa (e.g. H-1 visa, etc.) to enter US.

2. If the priority date is current, how long do I have to turn in the I-485 form?

-Normally you need to file I-485 within one month if you are physically present in US at that time unless the PD is still current for the next month or longer.

Does it have a certain time period to turn in the application?

3. According to current processing time ( I-824 in TSC 2014.10), how long I need to wait?

-Check the Visa Bulliton very month for the cut-off date. I suggest you to file the I-824 as soon as possible from now on if you want to use CP procedure.

4. My wife and daughter (18 yrs old) are in the United States on F visa right now.  If I apply CP, can they apply green card wit me?

Do they have to come back for interviewing?

-Yes, they can, but they also can choose to file I-485 within US after you get the immigrant visa to enter US.

5. To fill the form I-824, which mailing address I should fill?

Looks like it cannot fill foreign mailing address.

-Not need. The filing address is dependent on the I-140 receipt number (see above link).

 

Sorry for lots of questions. Warry about my daughter cannot catch the time to apply.
