请教8老师， 我应申请Consular Processing or I-485?

My I-140 NIW has been approved and the priority date is June 2014. I am in China now. May I ask you some questions:

1. To apply CP or I-485, do both of them need a job offer from US to get qpproved? If needed, can I come to USA, then apply EAD with I-485 to find a job, when PD current?

2. If the priority date is current, how long do I have to turn in the I-485 form? Does it have a certain time period to turn in the application?

3. According to current processing time ( I-824 in TSC 2014.10), how long I need to wait?

4. My wife and daughter (18 yrs old) are in the United States on F visa right now.  If I apply CP, can they apply green card wit me? Do they have to come back for interviewing?

5. To fill the form I-824, which mailing address I should fill? Looks like it cannot fill foreign mailing address.

 

Sorry for lots of questions. Warry about my daughter cannot catch the time to apply.
