8老师，你好。作为亲属移民的副申请人，我已提交I-485及以下材料。但是收到rejection notice，说需要补材料，并且把所有的材料退回。
2. birth certificate
3. copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa
4. photos (name with A number)
5.  I-693 which is completed by a Dr. Find a Dr.
6.Form G-325A Biographic info
7.I-864 with the support documents (same as the one for you parent).
8.Evidence of eligibility (primary beneficiary's green card/immigrant visa?)
-Yes (both sides of the green card).
9. The copy of your I-20 with F-1 I-94.

rejection notice上写， based on the inforamtion you provided, your priority date could not be established. Please resubmit your application with proper document. 

The follwoing documents may be provided:

Your original Form I-130(petition for alien relative) if you are filing concurrently or

a copy of your form i-797(Notice of action) if the I-130, ...petition has already been filed/approved or

other evidence that an immigrantion visa petition has been filed/approved on your behalf. 

请问我需要补什么材料？

我还需要重新填写之前寄出去的材料吗？

之前寄出去的支票也已退回，请问需要再开一张支票吗？

另外，我发现我的EAD上有USCIS #，这个#在和EAD attach的纸上写了A#，那么我是否需要填写这个#在所有要求A#的表上？
