目前我的身份是合法的，但是我的学生签证是11年签发的，11年8月之后就再没离境。听说签证过期了，可能会导致485被拒。请问有这种说法吗？

-Not true. Your F-1 status is decided by your I-20 and I-94, not the F-1 visa (stamp). As long as your I-20 does not expires, then you are OK.

再问，我的OPT EAD 已经于8/16寄出来了，到现在还没收到，请问会是什么原因？

-It normally takes about 3 months for OPT EAD approval.
