本人持H1B，前雇主帮我办的I-140已获批，现雇主PERM办理中，我打算以前雇主的I-140提交485（前雇主同意支持我），
- 以前雇主为SPONSOR的485申请是否可以办EAD和AP？

- 在485 Pending期间是否可以随时提交EAD和AP申请？

不和485一起提交会单独收费吗？
-No fee for ever if you provide the copy of I-485 receipt notice when filing I-131/I-765.
- 如果我只想保持H身份，可否随我的485提交为我太太（H4)单独申请EAD和AP？
-She can file I-485 toegther with yours and apply for AP/EAD based on her I-485. Or she may apply for EAD based on her H-4, but need to pay I-765 filing fee. There is no fee for EAD or AP based on her I-485.
对她今后的身份有何影响？
-If she uses AP or I-485 based EAD, then her H-4 will be affected, otherwise, no.
