--You had better work for the I-140 sponsor for at least 6 months after you get green card. But if you don't, USCIS may not be serious to check it.

2.我的律师说现在提交了485移民局也不会处理了，因为看到已经提交的太多了，是真的吗？

-USCIS will process your case, but they will not approve it until the PD becomes current again.

3.楼下的仁兄建议我赶快提交，说我的485半年内肯定不会批，正好利用ACT21得到绿卡，请问这样得到绿卡后我还需要回原雇主处工作？
