请教8老师，关于I-140填表

8老师您好，再最后review律师填的140表，有几个地方还是不确定，请您指点，在此谢过！

 

1）Page 3, Part 4, 7

Is the petition being filed without an original PERM because the original PERM was previously submmited with another I-140?

这个应该是NO还是N/A啊？

 

2）Page 3, Part 4, 8

If the petition is being filed without an original PERM, are you requesting USCIS request a duplicate PERM for DOL?

这个应该是NO还是N/A啊？

 

3) Page 4, Part 5, 3a

Occupation

(这个需要填么？）

如果需要，我在政府里做analyst,这里可以写government employee么？

 

4）3) Page 4, Part 5, 3b

Annual Income

(这个需要填么？）

如果需要，这个年收入是PERM上的proffered wage还是我现在实际的annual wage啊？
