再次请教8老师

多谢8老师。还需请教您2个问题。

1）公民纸照片旁边的签字已经是 Linxiaohong, 在公民纸上complete and true signature of holder 签字，写Xiaohong LIN，这两个签字不一样，递给移民局不会有麻烦吧。

2）我为母亲填485，part 5 ，选第2个box,each and every question and instructions on this form.

Interpreter‘s Statement and Signature 签我的名字。

在 Part 6 Signature of Person Preparing Form，If Other Than Above

这里还要再填一次我的名字吗？

Firm Name and Address一栏，空白还是填我家里的地址？
