请问8老师几个入籍的问题

LD 和我拿绿卡都超过5年了，最近想入籍。LD当初是EB1B，我是Spouse，我们是一起拿到绿卡的。现在有几个问题想请问8老师：

1. Part I, Application Eligibility:
我们都是应该选“has been a us permnent resident for over 5 years"，而且我也不用递交marriage certificate，tax form之类的document吧？

2. 我们去过一些Mexico, Bahamas cruises，护照上也没有出入境的章，请问这段时间要填到 Part 8. Time Outside the United States吗？

3. 我们寄材料的时候，可不可以把我们两的材料分别放在两个不同的folder里，然后放在一个usps或者 fedex的快递信封寄出？还是需要每人分别用一个快递信封呢？

4. 是每个人都需要一张check吗？还是两个人的写在一张check上？
