2。今年一月受到移民局的信，要求补充兄妹关系证明。二月提交完毕。
3。这个月妹妹在中国受到一封移民局的信，大意是说：先不要辞职，买房，登有visa时，再通知你需要提交文件等等。
从这封信来看，移民申请130已通过。
但是做为申请人我们没有收到任何approval letter。

什么时候提交？
