2，还是上面这个问题，递申请是可以早递，批准是不是还要到5年以后？是打指纹还是面谈要到5年以后？
3，递N-400申请时我是在美国本土上。递完以后，我可以到境外等打指纹通知吗？可以在境外等面试通知吗？
-You can travel after filing N-400, but you have to come back to conduct the biometrics collection and interview. Also, don't stay outside US for > 6 months continuously before you get the US citizenship.

4. 递申请前3个月要在所在州reside3个月。怎样定义reside呢？是要有apartment的租约吗？如果我最近都呆在境外，那要申请前3个月就入境吗？
-If your home/resident address before you left US is in a state and you pay the state tax to that state, you can come back to that state to file N-400 immediately.
