家人三月份在广州拿到移民签证， 我四月份帮他们在网上交了绿卡费。至今未收到绿卡。

他们六月中入境美国， 六月底回国前递交了白皮书的申请。 您上次回答说凭签证可以再入境。

今天收到要8月5日去打指纹的通知。 如果届时还未收到绿卡及社安卡， 打指纹有问题吗？
-No problem. The fingerprinting is for the reentry permit. They need to do the fingerprinting, otherwise, the reentry permit application will be denied.
