-File I-130 following the I-130 Instructions. Then, wait for NVC to contact you after I-130 is approved, and NVC will send you instructions. You need to provide the copy of your birth certificate, copy of your US citizenship proof for I-130 filing for your mother, and provide the copy of your parents' marriage certificate, the copy of your birth certificate, copy of your US citizenship proof for I-130 filing for your father.
2. 他们在国内需要提供哪些资料?
-They need to prepare their birth certificate (notarized), their marriage certificate (notarized) and non-criminal record certificate-notarized (don't do this document until they get the appointment for the immigration visa interview).
