家人六月中憑移民簽證入美， 六月底回中國。 綠卡費用幾月前交了， 現在未收到。打算收到寄給他。他未收到綠卡就出境了會有問題嗎？
-No problem, but he had better not stay in China for > 6 months. You don't need to mail the plastic green card to him, and he can use the immigration visa stamp on his passport to reenter US within one year from the date he entered US in Mid June. This immigration visa stamp had been endorsed by the CBP officer at the port of entry when he entered US in Mid June, so this endorsed stamp is equal to the green card temporarily (valid for one year).

有朋友親屬是同樣情況沒問題， 不過是2010年。現在有新規定嗎？
