急求８老师帮助

六个月前同时为我父母申请绿卡，今天接到通知我父亲绿卡已批，真的很高兴，但对我母亲的I-１３０，我也接到下面的通知：

THIS LETTER IS IN REFERENCE TO YOUR I-130 ALIEN RELATIVE PETITION YOU FILED ON BEHALF OF THE BENEFICIARY :
my mom's name

Your alien relative petition is continued for the reason(s) checked:

You submitted a "Notatial Certificate" translation of both your birth certificates. According to the Department of State's Foreign Affairs Manual, Appendix C:

Chinese notarial certificates are considered to be secondary evidence. Therefore, one of the following official documents must be submitted in support of the notarial certificates of bitth for you and the beneficiary:
Birth Certificate
Hospital Certificate
Family Hosehold Registry
Family Hosehold Register Form
Booklet issued by the Province's Health Department regarding the birth
any other prof of your parent child relationships, such as photos, etc.
All foerign documents  must accompany with English translation, please returen the requested docments along with this letter in 87 days to the above address.


８老师，对我父母的绿卡申请，我送的同样的材料，为什么我父亲绿卡批了，但还要我母亲的资料？８老师，能请告诉我怎么做？需不需要送一张我父亲绿卡复印件让移民局知道我们是一家人？
