我在美国与公民结婚，我老公申请我和在中国17周岁的儿子1-130的申请，请教老师：申请小孩来美国后再申请绿卡和在中国等绿卡是否只是时间上的区别？

-No. Because you married the US citizen before your child turns 18, your spouse (the child step father) can file I-130 any time for your child before he turns 21 years old.
