我申请弟弟一家移民来美。 弟弟弟媳已来美两月。 侄子因为犯案五月才刑满。 他是监外服刑 一年。去年弟弟给侄子改名算命的说名字不好。 现在侄子要去签证 。侄子今年十七岁 。

侄子名字不对 怎么办？

另外, 侄子也要开犯罪证明。 是不是要如实开犯罪证明公证 。

他来美的可能性大吗？
-Depends on what kind of crime he made and how serious the crime was. Of course, because he was than 18 years old when he made the crime, the VO may consider this as juvenile conviction. After five years since the crime by a minor child (< 18), it will not affect his immigration visa application.
