1. 我妈居住地是四川，她要abandon她的green card，她是去成都美领馆办理就可以呢还是必须去广州，北京，上海？
-She can do it in Chengdu if she goes there in person (need appointment), but if she does it by mail, she can mail it to Guangzhou or Beijing (not need appointment). See the following link.
2. 去办abandon需要带什么材料？绿卡，护照，还要什么吗？
