请问8老师和坛友，关于公证的translator statement


我们是在美国交申请。给父母办移民，我因为时间问题，现在只能用我十年前办理的出生公证，我的这个出生公证的确是国内公证处发的，但是只有基本翻译，没有明确说明英文和中文绝对相符合，而且也没有说翻译者绝对qualified。似乎这样的公证会有问题，

 
是不是我需要找一个类似下面的翻译公司帮我做翻译证明就可以了

Or you may ask a friend of yours to translate the birth certificate again, and this friend needs to write a statement addressing that he/she knows both English and Chinese well, and the translation by him/her is accurate for the original document (see the following links I cited for you). Your friend had better go to the Notary Public (e.g. bank) to notarize his/her signature on the translation copy and his/her statement. Also provide the entire copy of your original birth certificate you got  公正 in China.
