紧急请教8老师，皮匠老师, 朋友绿卡，为妻子申请F2A，妻子一直在美国（F1 转 OPT）， 130 已经批准，F2A 排期还没到，一直在等F2A排期到后在美国递交 485申请调整身份. 但最近却收到 National Visa Center (NVC) 来信，要求 online 完成付款手续，经审查后　Visa Center 将安排 妻子预约到广州领馆面谈 (interview)，请问是否发生了什么误差？
-You may just write a letter to NVC to inform them that your wife will file I-485 adjustment of status within US, and ask them to stop processing your case in NVC.

按正常 F2A 流程 妻子应在F2A 排期到达后在美国递交 485 申请调整身份，对吗？
-Yes as long as she can her non-immigration status valid, and then she can just file I-485 as usual when the priority date is current.

注：在递交 I-130 时，第 22 项 “如果配偶在美国， 并将在美国申请调整身份（ adjustment of status）”, 此处有两个选项, 因妻子一直在美国，就只选项妻子在美国境内 申请调整身份（ adjustment of status）并填写了所在州的 USCIS Office ，而没有选项妻子将来在美国境外领事馆申请 Immigration Visa ，而是遗留这一项为空白。是否这里出了问题？
