My brother and his family have their F4 visa interview
scheduled in 6/15, and we are preparing documents needed according to the instruction.
It seems many documents that we already submitted with DS-260 are being requested
again, so we will be bring our second copies.
-Brig the original one (not photocopy).
However, some document we do
not have a second copy, like police certificates.
Do we need to get a new policy
-Yes. Need to get the non-criminal record certificate (Police clearance) again to represent the latest record.
certificate or just go without it and tell the officer that they should have it
in their file?
The same thing with I-864, the instruction says: an original
I-864 singed by the petitioner must be submitted with his/her most recent
Federal income tax return. I defiantly don’t have the original singed copy
since I sent it to NVC last year. Should I just give a most recent tax return?
