我朋友目前的情况是EB2, 140 approved, priority date 还没有成current。公司已宣布把她们部门卖给另外一家公司，可能7月份完成整个交易过程。现在在等待公司的进一步的消息，不能保证新公司会接受目前部门的所有员工。在这种情况下，想咨询8老师几个问题：
1. 如果她的priority date 在公司的收购交易结束之前变成了current, 她能以现在公司的名义提交485 吗？
-Depends on whether the company (original I-140 sponsor)agree to hire her back after she gets the green card (she needs a support letter from them to file I-485).
2. 假如新公司给她offer, priority date 是在公司的收购交易结束之后变成了current, 到时能以新公司名义直接提交485吗？
-Yes, but the new company needs to file an I-140 amendment to take over the approved I-140. Talk to the lawyer and the lawyer will take care of it.
需要重新办perm吗？
