男方6月current，女方目前第五年F1，还没有登记结婚
1. 女方高二暑假用过J1，没有waive，签证上写2 year rule applies (勾的是based on The Exchange Visitor Skills List)，但是作为高中生是否真的apply？如果是，本科在香港四年算home country physical presence吗？如果不算，高三一年在中国大陆，外加寒暑假回去目前加起来728天，可以满足吗？不行的话现在开始申请waiver到时候补交来得及吗？

2. 女方5/9 re-entry 入境，马上注册结婚的话，会不会有被认为entry的时候心术不正fraud的风险？

递交485也听说过30/60/90 rule，也看到过别人说那个不用管，需要60或者90天之后file比较保险吗？结婚、体检、file 485的时间上需要注意吗？
