I just checked with my lawyer who filed eb3 and eb2 for me. He said he had filed the interfiling. He is still researching about what to do next. The one who wants to take over my case is another lawyer who charges a lot, but she seems to be very responsive. My current lawyer is affiliated with my university and was very slow in action.
