我还有一年半绿卡满五年可以申请公民。老公已经海归，因为想让孩子尽早适应国内学习，所以老公把孩子也带回去了。孩子是在国内出生的，一岁随我们来美，现在也是绿卡，我们给他办了回美证。我现在留在美国等公民就是为了给孩子办公民，想给孩子多留一条路。现在老公觉得孩子离开妈妈这么久不行，希望我尽快回去。我的问题是如果我现在辞职回国，然后国内呆几个月这边再呆几个月，这样两边跑，可以吗？

我看了下移民局的规定，一次出国不超过6个月，到快申请时回来住3个月就可以吗？

这样我申请时就没有工作了，对申请有影响吗？
