-If you argue with USCIS, then you need to provide the I-130 approval notice which has the I-130 approval date. If USCIS think the child has no age-out issue and process the case, then you don't need to do anything. I don't know why you worry too much because I have addressed this issue many times for you. You may consult an immigration lawyer within US if you still worry about it.
