亲属移民排期到，一家三口共有一个case ID, 现在丈夫不想要美国绿卡，请问妻子和孩子可否先申请绿卡？
-Depends on whether the husband is the primary beneficiary (i.e. his parent or brother/sister filed I-130 for him). If yes, then the wife and child can not apply for the immigration visa or file I-485 unless the husband also does it at the same time. Otherwise, if the wife is the primary beneficiary, then it is fine for the wife and the child to apply for the green card without the husband involvement. 

以后丈夫还可以自己另外申请绿卡吗？
