APPROVAL DATE： FEB26， 2009
2003年递交了I-130后就搬家了，之后作为PETITINER 未收到过任何恢复，I-797 也没有，或收到丢了。
大概后来有打过电话咨询，在本子上有记下一个13位WAC 数字，由此数字在网上查到上面的APPROVAL DATE： FEB26， 2009。其他PRIORITY DATE 信息，是国内的APPLICANT 在2009年10月收到了移民局发给他们的信，让他们等待，上面有 PRIORITYDATE。
问题：
1。 我如何再拿到I797副本，一定要FILE i824？

2。 APPROVAL DATE 看起来对吗？ 这让我怀疑 随 手记下的 WAC 收据号是否正确。
-I don't know. But if you used the case number to ask USCIS for this approval date, it should be true.
3。 什么时候开始申请儿童保护法庇护？ 信寄到美国移民局还是国内美国领事馆？
-Do nothing. When the priority date is current, USCIS will send you the information, and then, the child just applies for the immigration visa together with the parent. From the information you provided here, if the priority date becomes current before the child turns 26 years plus 5 months old, the child should be OK to apply for the immigration visa (not age-out). So, nothing is worried about.
