One more question for Teacher 8

Sorry, I am having problem typing Chinese at the moment.

One more question:
Is there a chance that USCIS will compare I 485 package (including G325A) with my most recent H1b visa application outside of the US, please? (it is digital world now you know, and sharing data is technically easy.)

When applying for visa outside of US, I put only my first approved H1b as the employer for 6 year(which is not true, I only worked for them over 3 yrs), just to match the I797 on hand to support visa application. That way, I hid the work experience occurred during my out of status period, aiming to avoid raising red flag for visa office.

Now if I put all actual employers in G325A along with I485 filing, I am afraid if USCIS compares it with my recent visa application form, the result will be inconsistent.

If I only put my previous H1b visa employer in G325A, to be consistent with most recent visa application, then I am mispresenting information in I 485 package.

Am I over-reacted to this issue? Which option would hurt me less, please?
