That's really a good news to me. In that case, if mine is relinked/interfiled, what will happen to my husband's case? will it be processed at the same time as mine or his will have to wait till his PD current?
-When you ask USCIS to do your I-485 interfiling, you also can ask USCIS to do his I-485 together at the same time in one request letter. Thus, USCIS will do both I-485s interfiling at the same time. Just follow up to make sure the I-485 interfiling has been done a few weeks later after you send the request.
