-It means if you leave US, you will not be allowed to enter US within 3 or 10 years. If you don't leave US, it does not matter unless you are arrested and then, deported by the immigration court before you file I-485.

还有这种情况下，给父母美国境内申请绿卡的时间周期会比正常的要长吗？
