我的PD 是2011 三月， 去年从EB2 DOWNGRADE 到 EB3.
下个月EB3排期是退回到 2011/1 ， EB2 则是前进2011/4.
我两周前交了485 REF 回复材料，网上显示收到。
到目前为止 485 还没动静。
我想下个月马上RELINK到EB2,
我的担心是EB2 再过一个月万一又倒退到比EB3 前面很多时间， 我是否能回到EB3?
-You don't need to worry about the EB-3. After you do the I-485 interfiling/relink, your I-485 will be approved based either EB-2 I-140 or EB-3 I-140, depends on which I-140 PD is current. That means one I-485 for two I-140s.
