8老师，有几个问题请教。
1. 我的老公h4转j1,已经收到receipt notice，但是至今未批，他的h4 本月底到期，网上539表显示才处理到8月16号，看上去在他h4到期之前j1批不下来，这样他的case 就会有一个gap，会影响将来的绿卡申请吗？
-Not affect anything. Just wait for the J-1 application and then, work.

2. 我的合同将在5月份到期，所以跟着h1b会失效，下家还没找到，我现在可以转j2吗？
-Yes.

还是必须等老公的j1批准了以后我才能申请转j2?
-Not need. Provide the J-1 application receipt with your J-2 application. Also talk to the International Scholar Office of your spouse school.

 3. 移民局现在不处理539表了吗，怎么日期停在2014年8月16号几个月了，一点动静也没有？
