请教各位老师：remove condition from marriage greencard

各位老师，
我去年10月底提交I751 remove condition，指模也打了，然后就没声音了。
打电话给USCIS，说打完指模会给一个新的application no.
那个no找不到了怎么办？

另外10月到现在5个月了，还没声音，正常吗？
