按照8老师说的，找出receipt, on the bottom of the receipt, it says:

1. 那我应该怎么填place of filing ?
就写National Benefits Center吗？

2. 请问大家的130和485 concurrent petition都是寄到national benefits centers吗？我还以为我们是加州的应该去california service center。 8老师说有些case会转去national benefit center,这个会影响到办理的速度吗？哪个center会快些呢？
