本人公民给父母申请绿卡，I-130已批，在此期间他们以旅游签证来了美国，然后我给他们申请身份调整I-485以及I-131（travel document).目前人都在美国。察看网上的case status, I-131也批了，就等着寄过来了。I-485也说等着schedule interview 了。
以上是背景情况。今天突然收到National Visa Center 的信，要补交很多材料（这些材料其实我在递交I-485时都交了）；关键是信中提到会给我父母安排在广州领事馆的visa interview。本来我是希望他们有了I-131来去自由，如果绿卡要interview也在美国interview，去广州很不方便。
-Just respond to NVC in writing that your parents have filed I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status within US, and ask NVC stop processing the case there. Then, ignore the NVC request, and then follow the USCIS interview appointment notice for the interview, and stay in US for the I-485 approval.
我现在怀疑是不是ＵＳＣＩＳ搞错了，或者忽略了我父母已在美国的事实？有没有办法改变这一ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓｉｎｇ，我需要马上回应National Visa Center的信然后准备广州的ｖｉｓａ ｉｎｔｅｒｖｉｅｗ吗，我父母有ａｄｖａｎｃｅ ｐａｔｒｏｌｅ也不需要ｖｉｓａ啊。我实在不明白，请老师指教。谢谢！
