请教8老师：我持L2签证今年5月I94到期，我可以申请延期吗？
-Yes if your spouse L-1 status does not expires or he will extend his L-1 status.

还有我先生帮我看延期的话要提供一个工作许可，我一直不知道有这个东西，请教怎么补啊？
-You need to file I-765 application for the EAD to work.

还有就是我教了2年的中文，每年96个小时，有收入，也报税了，没有工作许可就工作，算不算违法啊？
-Yes. You have violated the L-2 status law (illegal work) and may have trouble later. You had better go to China to get the L-2 visa to come back.
