春节愉快,8老师,请问:130批了,485迟迟未批,但为什么连一个临时工卡也不给我呢?它应该给我的,对不对?谢谢!
-You need to file I-765 application for the EAD following the I-765 Instructions. Provide the copy of the I-485 receipt and there is not I-765 filing fee.
