当时转机时间短，CBP officer 说他在中国停留大于6个月，要他签字放弃绿卡，给了B2签证入境。我先生也解释说他有老婆孩子房产在美国等但失败。之后我们什么也没做，

我也不知道还可以去justify， 能成功吗？

今年他准备去申请10年的签证来美，要不要带他的绿卡复印件？
-His green card actually has been invalid. He had better abandon it in any one of the US Consulates in China and then, apply for B-2 visa to enter US. Thus, his file will be updated in USCIS system. Thus, it will be convenient for him to apply for the green card again in the future if he wants to.
