请教8老师,EB2 I-485 is current, but no case update

8老师, 我的EB2 I-485 在2015年1月份排期到了, PD是1/6/2010. 可是到现在case还没有更新,一直在Texas Service Center, 只是停留在2012年9月RFE was received的状态. 我的RFE是birth certificate. 我的原始材料里已经有了出身公正, 2012年 收到RFE后,把出身公证, 翻译公公正正地再寄了一遍. 前几天发了case status inquery, 下面是inquery回复EMAIL.

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. Our records indicate that the underlying petition for this Form I-485 is a second preference category with a priority date of 1/6/2010. A visa is currently available for your application and your case has been requested for review. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 90 days.  If you need further assistance, please contact customer service at the number listed below.

 

我的问题是:

 

一般I-485排期到了, 需要多久可以APPROVE?

 

如果到下个月15日还没有消息,我应该怎么办? 可以向他们的TEXAS Service Center直接发EMAIL?或者其他方法?
