情况：
１）　我现在是L1签证，老婆是L2。 我的整个部门即将被裁，几乎无法幸免。
２）　Ｉ－９４到今年１１月份才过期
３）　持新加坡护照，存在申请H1-B1签证可能

请问：
１） L1 被裁之后，就Out of Status, 是不是得马上出境？还是可以待到I-94过期之前？
-Your presence before the I-94 expires is not considered as unlawful presence.

2） Out of Status 还能找工作吗？
-Yes, but you can not change status within US, and have to go to your home country (新加坡) to get the new visa (e.g. H-1B1)to come back to work.

会不会留下污点？
-No if you get the visa to reenter US.

3） 有想过去加拿大，再回来转持B2， 估计能待上1-3 个月。是不是拿B2找工作和Change Status比较保险一点，或比较容易一点？
-You can change B-2 to H-1B1 within US in this case.

4） H1-B1没有cap的限制，但是不是只能在海外(新加坡）申请，因为Out of Status 不可以申请Change of Status？
-Right.
