请问8老师和皮老师，

我儿子2008年以H4身份入美（10岁），然后一直在这读书，I-130已于2011年approved. DS2016等等也都submit and completed. 最近NVC 通知我们他的case 已被转到广州等待interview. 为什么不能在美国interview呢？USCIS说由于我始终是绿卡，所以他不能file I-485, 所以才要回中国面试，是这样吗？回去有风险吗？
-How did you get your green card, and when did you get it? Who told you to file I-130? Is your son's current status still H-4 based on your spouse's H-1 or F-1? 

孩子在读书，如果有可能不用回去，当然更好，有什么办法吗？
