我的H1B是到2016年6月1号就6年了。现在公司帮我做perm，正在等待劳工部的prevailing wage的确认，以便接下来打广告.
公司的HR跟我讲最迟4月份我的perm就得file，他们很担心来不及。
我想问：我的permz最迟什么时候可以file?是2015年4月1号？
还是2015年5月31号？
