请问 national in scope 指的是什么范围，比如在中国做的工作，是不是说national in scope就是中国范围内？
-It is impact on US National scope. It seems you don't have basic knowledge on this kind of issue. You had better read more information online (Google to find it) or ask some Chinese around you who have such experience. It is not easy to DIY unless you aaare very familiar with it.
